“Bringing Love to Life’”
We will join with many UU congregations across the country in celebrating “Valentine’s Day Re-imagined: National Standing on the Side of Love Day.” Dan will share some highlights of the celebration and bring us up-to-date on the UUA Campaign: “Standing on the Side of Love”. He will cite the strengths but also the concerns about the campaign and comment on the implications of “standing on the side of love” in our lives and society today. Finally he will reflect on the thought by Lisa Friedman, given in a recent sermon, that love is a choice and that once we make that choice we must “also come to terms with where that choice leads us.”
