The Women’s Group will be visiting the Governor’s Mansion on Thursday, June 24, at 9:30am. Tickets are limited and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Carpooling will be available. You can call Helen Hyatt or Judy Goetz to make a reservation.

GNUUC women are invited to a potluck on Saturday, June 6, at 6:00pm at Helen Hyatt’s house, located at 8725 Sawyer Brown Rd., Nashville.
Beverages will be furnished. Please RSVP the dish you are planning to bring at 673-1893 (hopefully eliminating everyone bringing the same dish).
Directions from the church: Take Hicks Road to Highway 70 South, turn right on 70S. Turn left on Sawyer Brown Road (Walgreen), and go thru two 4-way stops. Arrows showing road will curve left – notice on your right the ENTRANCE NUMBER – NOT SECTION NUMBER. The arrows begin at ENTRANCE #7. TURN RIGHT INTO ENTRANCE #8. If you wind up on Old Harding Road – you’ve gone too far. Park in front.
Pull through the stop sign and park in front of condos. Helen will have balloons tied to Entrance 8 and in front of her condo. Car pooling from Church, or following someone that knows how to get there might be a good idea.

The Women’s Group will meet for lunch in the Pineapple Room at Cheekwood on Saturday, January 31, at 11:30 am. Admission to Cheekwood is only $1.00 for the month of January. After lunch, we will view an art exhibit done by Nashville students and an exhibition of Faberge eggs. Please RSVP Sheri Fitzsimmons, 662-3404, so that a count can be made for lunch reservations. Even if the exhibitions don’t excite you, the company will be thrilling!!
